Obstacles to the Development of BIM in China's Prefabricated Construction: A Decision-making Test and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) Model

With the continuous progress of time, technology is also developing rapidly, among which Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become a hot topic in prefabricated constructions. Previous research made it clear that BIM can promote development construction. However, practical applications, not been well developed In order to find out obstacles China's construction, and identify relationship between obstacles, this study identified 20 through literature review. This used Decision-making Test Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) model get importance each obstacle causality them, provides solution China new construction methods.
